Sofas, sectionals, and armchairs

We are convinced that you will like your AMRO furniture. After all, we want to help you design your ideal space. If you find the piece isn't quite right, you can request a refund within 30 days after receiving it.

We're pleased to offer a free, premium, two-man home delivery service (within our usual service region) to ensure a smooth shopping experience for you.

If you want to return your goods, please make sure they are in "as-new" condition and have all of their original packaging.

Returns made within our usual service area are charged a fixed return shipping cost of $150 plus applicable taxes. Returns outside of our usual service region are subject to a return shipping fee equal to the original delivery charge, with a minimum of $150 + applicable taxes.

Please be aware that the transporter is unable to receive unprotected products or offer packaging materials at the time of pick-up. Customers are responsible for packing the item in its original packaging first. If the original packaging was not preserved, we request that you obtain an alternate protective material, such as bubble wrap.

Once your goods have been retrieved, they will be inspected within 3-7 business days of arriving at our warehouse. Once we confirm that the product is in "as-new" condition, our team will provide your refund in the original mode of payment, minus the appropriate return shipping price for your service region.

The following criteria determine whether a product is "as-new":

Free of stains, spots, scratches, markings, drilling, and/or other changes.

Free of any splits, cuts, or unstitched threading

Free of soiling and residues of dampness.

Free of any odours (e.g., remnants of smoking).

Pet-free (i.e., no evidence of pet hair)

For domestic, indoor use under normal wear and tear circumstances.

Returns, exchange requests, or warranty claims for stains, markings, halos, spots, soiling, discoloration, and other issues with your upholstered products will not be accepted.

Beds

Beds are eligible for return, pick-up, and refund within 30 days after delivery. The product must be unopened and unassembled (new in its original packaging).

Returns made within our usual service area are charged a fixed return shipping cost of $150 plus applicable taxes. Returns outside of our usual service region are subject to a return shipping fee equal to the original delivery charge, with a minimum of $150 + applicable taxes.

Bedding

Small products such as bed linens, quilts, pillows, and mattress covers can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a return shipping fee of $19 plus applicable taxes.

The brand-new, unopened, and unused item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The returned item will be evaluated within three to seven business days after arrival at our warehouse. Once we confirm that the product is brand new and in its original packaging, we will complete your refund minus the return shipping price.

Faulty or damaged products.

If you discover that your product or its individual components are broken or defective after unboxing, please tell us immediately via email at support@amrofurniture.com within three (3) days of receiving your delivery, along with images demonstrating the damage or defect. If photographs cannot effectively depict the problem, you may give us a short video instead. After our team has reviewed your claim, you will be presented with an appropriate resolution. AMRO Furniture will determine the exchange of items and/or replacement parts in its exclusive discretion.

Requests for an exchange, repair, or replacement (of either a product or a part) must be made prior to assembly and/or use of the product and must include the original packaging. Claims submitted after three (3) days after delivery are subject to costs.
